Will give full credit of mattress purchase price when purchased with a protective cover towards anything in the store adding a re-delivery fee. It is not a refund. Please contact customer service at (802) 448-3669 for more information on returning an item. This policy is for local customers only not shipped items. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SHIPPED ITEMS. IF ITEMS COME DAMAGED THEY NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR AT TIME OF DELIVERY OR THE SHIPPER WILL NOT ALLOW CLAIM!  Thank you.
